Major Field Research interests focus on switching power supply. In particular on topics including synchronous rectification, EMI issues, design and optimization of power converters, low profile power converters and wireless power transfer. There are 3 current research directions: AI Design Automation of Power Converters, EMI solutions for power converters and SiC power modules. He has published more than 100 technical papers and has more than 40 technology patents.
